Need ideas for "Sprinkle" games!

I'm co-hosting a sprinkle (aka shower for baby #2) this weekend and am trying to come up with a couple of non-cheesy shower games. 

The audience for this shower is mostly family - so older ladies (with grown children, or grandchildren), so things like the celebrity baby name game won't work.

Any ideas?!

I didn't even realize "Sprinkles" involved games. Geez! That's almost as much work as a shower!

I always like word games. Either scrambles (baby items are a good one), word searches or matching (like baby animal with mama). We did gift bingo at a shower I once hosted and that went over well. Or what about doing a crafty activity instead... Decorating onesies or scrapbook pages maybe?

Here are 3 ideas:

1. have every person write down some fact about themselves,  have host read facts outloud and have everyone write down their guess to who it is.  Good icebreaker for when there are a mix of people - family/friends

2. put a variety of small baby items in a laundry basket (like 20 different things), give everyone 3 minutes to "study" then take the basket away and have people write down what they remember

3.  guess how many m&m's in a baby bottle.
