I've already mailed mine in, but I think that there was a phone number on the back, or maybe on the instruction insert that you could call and ask about. Is the new house in the same town or state? If it's the same town, it may not matter as much as if it's another town or a different state.
I agree with pps though, the census is designed to be a snapshot of Americans on April 1, 2010.
Do I need to call to get one with my new address? I don't see anywhere to write my address in at. The only addy I see on there says "resident at address. City, State, Zip"
Maybe my sick brain is zapped and I'm overlooking something?
Do I fill out the form if I'm
moving out before April 1, or if the unit will be vacant on April 1,
2010?
Answer
No, please do not complete the
questionnaire. The census counts people where they live on April 1;
look for a replacement questionnaire to be delivered at your new
address.
Re: Census question--moving March 30
I would, that's the address they have on record for you & where they sent it.
This.
The 2010 Census will count where everyone is on April 1 2010. Fill out the form for where you will be living on April 1.
