in need of dust

My grandmother is in need of some of that powerful nestie dust.  A couple of months ago she had bladder surgery, and a few days after she was released (she was released days early without an antibiotic), the area became infected . Her doctor gave her antibiotic, but she did not improve.  They took her to Cleveland (a bigger hospital) and said that the infection was in her blood stream.  After about three weeks, they moved her back to Youngstown, where she lives, to a rehab/hospital because she hadn't walked in months.  She has been on different antibiotics, but nothing is working.  She hardly speaks and when she does she says she wants to be with God or that someone is trying to kill her.  She is 92 years old but has always been healthy and always very lucid, so this has all been a lot for my family.  Today, the doctors said they are taking her off of the antibiotics because none are working.  They say that some patients make a recovery but to prepare for the worst.

My grandmother is glue that keeps our family together.  My family is spread out across the US and grandma keeps us all linked.  She is an amazing woman, and although she has lived a wonderful life, none of us are ready to let her go.  If you have any dust or thoughts or prayers to give, I would greatly appreciate it.
