Going rate for Infant - nanny

What does everyone pay per week for a nanny for an infant?

I am curious as well since we just started investigating nannies vs. daycare.  I found on a nanny placement site that you should expect to pay between $625-850 / week for a nanny (not live in).  This was good info for budgeting but I guess it'll depend on who you find and how much they charge.  Good luck!
