Lemon juice with salt and pepper (make sure you wrap in foil). You can pan-cook in butter with garlic. I don't think salmon needs much help to be yummy. I sometimes make a cucumber-dill yogurt sauce, if you have the stuff for that.
I usually bake it - mist it with olive oil, put on some lemon juice, pepper, some garlic salt and bake at 375 for 30 minutes or so. We just had baked salmon fillets last night, actually.
