My preferred way to relax is to have a michelada. Because I am pregnant, I cannot have a michelada. But, I wouldn't be so anxious if I weren't pregnant!
A good problem to have, yes, but still. Just typing the word michelada makes my mouth water.
Ok, back to deep breathing and 80's ballads.
Re: The problem with being anxious about being pregnant is this:
A glorious gift from Heaven. Its a mexican beer (of your choice) with tomato juice, splash of olive juice, tabasco, lime juice, a salted rim, and garnished with pickled, spicy veggies like olives, green beans, etc. Think a Bloody Mary (which I do not like) with beer instead of vodka.
Ok, now I have to lock myself in my office so I don't run over to Woodrows for a little private HH.

Me, too.
However, I am going to try it with near beer and see how it tastes. Worth a shot. I had that Fre wine this past weekend and it kinda grew on me.
My mouth literally just watered.
Lots of people think that one drink a week is perfectly fine for the baby...
Ali- I can see myself doing that later on in the pregnancy, but I am in full on psycho mode right now. Maybe with #2 I'll feel a little more comfortable.
You can get the Fre at HEB, Randalls, Specs, Twin Liquors, etc. Its made by Sutter Home. At first I thought it tasted a little like grape juice that had been left out for a night but then it kinda grew on me. Kinda like real wine that way, I guess.
I JUST HAD ONE!
I went to Woodrows and asked the bartender to make it with O'Doules. It was DELISH- spicy, salty, yummmmmyyyy.
YAY! I was going to ask if you could make it with O-Douls, but I was scared.
OOh - now I want one! :9
