Questions to ask potential daycare provider?

I am interviewing two in home daycares tonight, and have a list of questions, but wanted to make sure i wasn't missing anything.  Any suggestions?

 I have the basics of pay, sick time, vacations, schedule, meals, diapers, discipline, nap time, etc.  What else should I ask?  I've never had to do this before, but MIL is bailing on us and we need to get DD somewhere asap =)

    You may want to ask them if they take infants since your pg.  Unless you won't need them after the baby comes.
