I don't have much advice for the IFSP meeting- just stick with and advocate for what you feel is right. Speak your opinions and voice your concerns! GL!!

Make sure the goals are something that can be measured. If they can't graph it or say yes/no to whether or not he has it in 6 months, it shouldn't be on the IFSP/IEP.

be aware of timelines/deliverables... EI is required by law to respond to IFSP goals and begin services within a certain amount of time (45 days? I can't remember at the moment)... A lot of providers blow off those timelines if you don't hold them accountable. Someone posted a great EI resource for parents with this type of information some time ago, but I didn't bookmark it, unfortunately... it was someone with an ASD kiddo, though- I do remember that.
