Could DS be sick?

I know I should call the pediatrician if I continue to worry, but I don't really know what to tell her. My DS is a pretty good baby, cries a good bit, but all in all pretty good. The last two days she hasn't been crying as much, has been sleeping more, and instead of eating every 1 1/2 hrs has made it 3-4 all day long. She is peeing and pooping as normal, is not running a fever, and seems to be content. She does seem to have a little bit of a runny nose, but it is clear snot, nothing mucous y looking. Should I just not look a gift horse in the mouth and be appreciative that she is doing so well, or should I call the pedi because it isn't really like her... Everyone tells me I'm being paranoid, but I don't want something to be wrong and me to not have done anything about it.

Sounds like she is just getting older and is able to go longer between feedings!
