Cream of Potato Soup?

Anyone have a tried & true cream of potato soup recipe? I am craving it, but not sure what recipes to trust!

I really liked it.  I had to add salt and pepper to it while it cooked, but other than that, it was yummy!  It takes about 8 hours to cook, so it wouldn't work if you wanted it for tonight.

Again, probably wouldn't work for tonight unless you were up for a trip to HEB, but they have an awesome baked potato soup kit. It was quick, easy and very yummy. It was in the produce section.

ETA:  it's pretty creamy as it has a healthy amount of milk + cream in it!
