Anyone have a tried & true cream of potato soup recipe? I am craving it, but not sure what recipes to trust!

Re: Cream of Potato Soup?
I recently made this one:

I really liked it. I had to add salt and pepper to it while it cooked, but other than that, it was yummy! It takes about 8 hours to cook, so it wouldn't work if you wanted it for tonight.

not really what you asked, but I made this potato leek soup a few years ago and it was really good - but super time consuming as well:

ETA: it's pretty creamy as it has a healthy amount of milk + cream in it!
