At how many weeks did you start your injections? I just got a BFP today and still need to call my dr to schedule an appt, but I was just curious when everyone started.

I started at about 7 weeks, but should have started earlier...we had all kinds of issues finding stuff on ultrasound and they didn't want to start until we had a heartbeat.  Others have started as soon as they get BFP.

I started at 4 and a half weeks, since I was on vacay in Florida when I got the BFP. But my MFMs nurse said that most ladies don't start until 6 to 7 weeks.

I got a BFP on Friday which was 4w3d, and started the Lovenox that Monday.

Right at 7w, as soon as they confirmed number of babies and knew what dosage to use.  I'll go through delivery, and then 6w post partum.

I've always started at 8 weeks, after pregnancy is confirmed via u/s.  I've had a different dr with each child and they've never wanted me to start earlier.  It's important to have an u/s first to be sure the pregnancy is viable (and not ectopic especially).

My Dr started me the week I got my BFP so I was 4w5d

I'm hetero for Factor V Leiden and never had a clot (family history only), so I'm on a prophylactic dose only.  I had my first appointment with MFM at 8 weeks, and started Lovenox at 12 weeks.  I've been on baby aspirin since TTC and will be on it for life.
