any cookie recipes that use only 1 cup of flour?

i promised M cookies but only have 1 C of flour. i'm so not a baker in the first place ... any recipes out there? thanks!

    I don't know about recipes, but you could always make half a batch?

    joseys, i wondered this but i can't seem to make a full batch come out right. (and i'm not exaggerating :))  i'm just using the Nestle Toll House choc chip recipe.

    I always have a hard time with that recipe for some reason, too!  I like this one.  Also, on all recipes, you can change the servings to change the ingredients' quantities.  Enter a 6 in that box, and it will give you 1 cup of flour.

    When I make peanut butter/choc chip cookies, I just do the recipe that is 1C of peanut butter, 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 egg and chocolate chips.  NO flour in that one!

    thanks jw but i have a pb hater - i know it's so wrong. how can one hate peanut butter? oh and how 'bout them 'hawks???

    thank you joseys but i checked out allrecipes.com and the oatmeal cookies don't require as much flour, so we went with that. they are baking as i type ... we'll see how they taste.

    No Bake Cookies

    1 stick melted butter

    2 c sugar

    3 TBSP cocoa

    1/2 C milk

    Mix above ingredients well and microwave until it begins to boil/bubble.  Boil for 1 min.

    Add

    3 C instant/quick oats

    1 C crunchy PB

    1 tsp vanilla

    Mix well and spoon onto wax paper.  Let sit to harden (I usually make mine in the evening and leave out overnight).
