Repost from 0-3: Where do you like to go for pictures?

Oops, meant to post this here:

Ladies,

I want to capture professional monthly (if possible) portraits of my baby girl for the first year. Please pass along your suggestions or warning about local places to help me make a decision. We are quickly approaching 1-month and I'm hoping to start a new tradition with this.

    No recs, but my cousin's daughter is also named Xochitl.  I thought she was the only one.  Big Smile

    We have some great nestie photographers on the board!! It may get expensive to do monthly pictures with them though. I would suggest booking sessions for big milestones though..like 3, 6, 9, and 12 months. I think some of them have a package that includes all of those.

    We went to Picture People for DD's birthday pictures (because we waited too long to book a session with a professional) and they did a good job. You can join a membership there and get coupons for free sheets of pictures and stuff.

    As far as the monthly pictures go, I bought stickers from here and I take the pictures myself.

    She has great taste in names :) Xochitl is Nahuatl, Aztec language, for "flower."
