Anyone else have problems starting an account.  It keeps me running around in circles.  It is making me want to through my computer out the window. 

Anybody else?

    Haha - you just reminded me that DD got one for Christmas that I have yet to open. Hmmmm, I wonder where I put it, lol.

    It took me like 5 minutes to set C's up.  It was pretty straight forward, maybe try closing out and starting over?  I'm sorry you are having a hard time.

    Maybe I just need to return and buy a new one...mine must be defective...My DH and I are not idiots when it comes to the computer....it must be our Scout.  damn another trip to target.  I spend so much money there.

    We love Scout - it wasn't hard to set up, sorry you are having difficulties - hope it works soon. I love that it says DS' name (Hudson)...and the "ten minutes of bedtime music, cuddle up Hudson" is adorable too. Perfect for car rides home from the grocery store.

    We were thinking of getting Scout for DS's 1st birthday. Sounds like a good investment. :)
