Prayers needed!

I was wondering if you all could please pray for a Tuscaloosa mom named Gianna. She just gave birth last week to a baby boy, and after the birth they discovered she had an enlarged heart AND pneumonia. Yesterday she had such a high fever and her kidneys failed. They did an open heart surgery to install a pump on her heart but instead found an infection and fluid around her heart. She made it through the night last night (she is at UAB) but it is still very precarious right now. Her husband and newborn son need all the prayers they can get right now. Thanks!!!
