I haven't, but if you are going to be jogging often, you should really get a stroller made for jogging. You really need a fixed front wheel for running to be safe, and it should be 16" or more. The shock absorbers on jogging strollers are better for running too.
I did months of research on jogging strollers if you have any questions. The 2 top models are the BOB Ironman and the Baby Jogger Performance. We got the BJ Performance off Craigslist barely used for $65, and I see a lot listed between 75-100 (we always negotiate).
ETA: Just doing a quick google search everything I'm seeing is that the Uppababy Vista is not a jogging stroller and shouldn't be used that way.
