Also, blurry pic question

The bump ate my post last night, apparently. 

My siggy pics used to be clear, but that last two have appeared very blurry.  They are clear on my computer, but not when I post them.  The instructions I have saved are pretty old.  I still use photobucket.  Have people moved on to a better site?  There's no distortion, so I know I have the right numbers from the "properties."  Any other ideas as to why my pics turn out blurry?

The pics are from a different camera, but it's a better/newer/more expensive camera.  Help please.

I have no idea other than that the Nest/Bump tends to be finicky about which programs the photos come from

I use tinypic.com and mine have never been blurry ... maybe try that?

Mine always end up blurry too and aren't blurry before I post them. I don't know?!

is it maybe because you're using the thumbnail image instead of the real image?  if you try to get the code from the album page (where you see all your pictures), that's the thumbnail version, and it's much lower quality.  actually click on the picture to bring it up full size and grab the url that way. 

photobucket labels their thumbnails with "th_XXX.jpg", so that way you can always tell which version of the image you're getting.
