DH and I are planning a mini spring break vaca in a couple weeks. We want to keep it "cheap" and road trip it somewhere. Anyone live near Denver and know of some good road trips??? TIA

    You can go through southern Utah and see all the beautiful National parks.

    We were thinking of all those places. March is just an "iffy" time to be driving through the mountains. We are leaning towards a quick trip to vegas. Cheap airfare and hotels if we go during the week.

    Have you ever been to Estes Park?  It's really pretty, there's lots of stuff to do (especially outdoors) and it's not expensive.  We rented cabins up there a couple of years ago for MIL's birthday (mid-March).
