I just thought this was a fun story for Friday:
Someone is leaving "anonymous" cards full of cash ($500, $1000) in mailboxes of workers at my office. It can't be our organization b/c that's against tax code. It seems to mostly be people who work behind the scenes and are really quiet (which means I probably won't make the cut--LOL).
The cards are signed by someone clearly trying to disguise their handwriting and saying stuff like, "Thanks for your hard work and patience. I love you, Jesus."
Like I said, it can't be the employer, so it's just some random person. We get paid pretty well but we're a nonprofit so not great, so it's just cool that someone is showing generosity this way. (We're a church so there is nothing inappropriate about mentioning Jesus in the office setting.)
Happy Friday all!
