I has felt like the longest week on record, what with my son giving up his 12 hour nights of sweet sleep in favour of screaming. I'm so glad it's the weekend and my hubby can give me some time off (whether he likes it or not).
Today's question (also from Cubits):
What is the best part about raising your baby where you live?

I am jealous of that. Most of our family lives in London (except one of DH's sisters and her family), as do most of our really close friends - the ones we grew up with and have known forever. I love living in Toronto, and neither of us could have our dream jobs if we moved back to London, but I do miss being just a quick drive away from our friends and family, rather than it being a whole weekend trip.
Our town is really nice and clean and very family oriented. We have great schools here too which I love.
My favorite though is that we are right on the lake, so we have a huge park and lots of trails to walk along when the weather is nicer.
We are also within 20 minutes of almost all of our family.
We live in the beach and it is fantastic. Very pedestrian friendly with parks, and the board walk, and cool shops. I really like how family friendly it is. Everyone has a baby, a dog, and a very fancy stroller
