I realize this isn't life threatening and there are much bigger things to worry about, but I'm still so mad!!

We got tickets to see Muse on Sunday night.  Got the sitter lined up and everything ready to go. The tickets are amazing! DH got us on the band's guest list through work so one can only imagine how awesome that is.  I was driving home from work today and heard a radio station giving the tickets away for SATURDAY!!!  How in the world did we have the wrong night in our head's this whole time????  All of our sitters are busy or out of town Saturday so we're screwed!  It's even worse that I have no one to be pi$$ed at except for us!! ok, I'll be drinking heavily Saturday at home porbably while nesting imagining how the concert is...:(

Sorry this has nothing to do with your post really, but....

Your title made me think of ds. He will say just that, "I'm.So.Mad" whenever something doesn't go his way. Not in a whining tone, just in a matter of fact way.

I could, but since the tickets are a direct result of his job and he likes them as much as I do, I would feel bad. Really bad.  I told him to go, but he doesn't have any friends who like the band.  phooey.

Is there ANY one you could ask?  A church member, any close family?  Do any of your friends have sitters they can let you borrow this one time?  Man that sucks!  

You can always post something on craigslist!   LOL!

I wish.  I thought about asking my single, bachelor, older brother, but DH thinks it's a bad idea since he's never changed diapers before I don't know, I may be willing to let her sit in a dirty diaper for a few hours.

We've never used a sitter outside of grandparents and honestly, I don't trust my kids. They're terrible sleepers and the 3 yo is a holy terror.  I'd be thinking about it all night...well, at least until the music started...

Do this!  Just have a serious diaper changing training session before you go, I'm sure he can handle it!

Go!  Leave them with someone else and have a good time.  They'll survive one night and so will the sitter.  They're usually much better behaved for sitters anyways.
