job dust!
ok i need some magically nestie job dust.i debated whether or not to post cause I know DH would hate if he knew i did but nestie dust can be so powerful so i have to ask 
DH has been a flight instructor going on 4 years now. This was supposed to be a 1 year gig (the pay is awful. pilots usually only flight instruct for a year or so to build up their flight time and they get OUT). but the aviation industry has been crummy.
he started flying with a family about a year ago (they have a small 4 seater airplane). said family happens to be a big cattle company. well they've started discussing putting DH on salary. i don't think the salary would be much but there would be benefits which DH doesn't have right now and they're talking about getting a jet in the next year or so. this could be so big. i'm praying that it works out. we need it to work out. i'm SO miserable in my current job but i've been stuck cause my job is the source of our insurance and i just wasn't willing to go without.
so any dust you've got for this to work out... the position is his if they decide to add a position to their payroll!! please please please!!
ETA: sorry i'm just so wordy sometimes! oh AND we finally heard back about a job lead for him from months ago. i won't share details on that one at this point but if these both pan out... we can finally start TTC!

As a side note, last week I told DH either we need to find a friend with an airplane or I need to get my license and get a small plane. My mom flew (and crashed one) small planes when we were growing up. My stepdad designed/ manufactured a super-fun plane (hint: Duane Cole). Without any planes around any more I miss them, and I miss being able to fly places in a fun/ affordable way.
Let me know if your DH ever starts his own business, or maybe I should just take lessons from him...
