I need suggestions and it cant be chili or tacos.....
Boo for no chili. I have an excellent 3 bean turkey chili recipe on my blog. What about meatloaf?
Oh we just had it the other night. I LOVE it but DH would kill me if I made it again. I could pig out on it for days. I will check out your recipe cause I love using lots of beans. All these ideas sound fabulous!
I made these on Sunday and they were delicious. I seasoned the turkey with some salt, pepper and paprika. I also used chicken broth in place of water for added flavor. I also used red, yellow, and red peppers instead of green (they were sweeter).

lasagna roll ups- brown turkey and onions. When done put a little water in the skillet and lightly steam some brocooli. Mix with ricotta and italian seasoning and parm cheese. put about 1/3 cup of mixture on a cooked lasagna noodle and roll up. Cover in sauce and bake at 350 until hot.
Gravy steaks (one of DD's faves). Basically it's ground turkey patties with mushroom gravy poured over them. I cook the patties, then pour 2 jars of mushroom gravy over it and cook it for 30 minutes.
Re: what should I make with ground turkey?
Spaghetti
I am making this tonight.
I add french onion soup to the meat after I am done cooking for some added flavor.

I made this recipe for Curried Sweet Potato Shepherd's Pie the other night and it was good. DH even liked it and he is not an adventurous eater.
