I'm 4 weeks 5 days. I'm pretty scared considering our loss last time at 9 weeks. I think I probably still know some of you, but it has been a long, long time since I've been regularly on any Central PA board. I hope to get back into it.

Congrats !!! I hope you have a happy, healthy and uneventful 9 months.

I know how hard it is to be pregnant again after a loss, will your doctor let you come in early? My doctors office was really good at keeping a close eye on me after my losses, not because they were worried, but just for my own piece of mind.

Thanks for the warm welcome, ladies!

My doctor is letting me come in early. I already got my betas checked and they are good and I will get an ultrasound between 6 and 8 weeks. I have my first appointment next week. Thanks also for all the positive stories. They really do help.

Congratulations! I agree with PP's who said that you should check with your doctor to see if he will monitor you more closely (more frequent visits, bloodwork, etc). My doc did that after my loss, and it made all the difference in putting my mind at ease!
