Did you/are you planning to bring a nursing pillow (EZ-2-Nurse or whatever you have) to the hospital? It occurs to me that maybe I should, so I can learn how best to use it while the nurses and LCs are around to help me.
Also, for those of you who had c-sections, does the position of the twin nursing pillow irritate your incision?
TIA!
Re: bringing nursing pillow to hospital?
My twins are 5! My baby is 3!
DS#2 - Allergic to Cashew, Pistachio, Kiwi
DS#3 - Allergic to Milk, Egg, Peanut, Tree Nuts and Sesame
I didn't bring mine, but wonder if it would have been a good idea. I used it immediately upon coming home (after 4 days) and found it incredibly useful! But piling pillows at the hospital worked out just fine.
BTW, I have the My Brest Friend Twins version.
I brought mine, but it was a waste of time, because the boys seemed to be sliding off it in the hospital bed.
The LC raided the floor and got me every spare pillow she could find - I must have had a good dozen pillows that I used.
I actually ended up telling DH to take the thing home with him because it just took up space.
I never had any problems with it bothering my incision.
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
