So excited - exercise restriction lifted!

I've been on restricted activity for 3 weeks - but as of this morning, it was lifted. I have my doctor's blessing to return to the gym and pursue moderate exercise. He even said that at this point it is healthier for me to exercise than not to exercise - so later today I will hit the gym w/no guilt!
