No...not that kind of date - an induction date.

They are going to send me in next Tuesday night to start my induction. Doctor thinks the baby is big so I have an ultrasound tomorrow night to get a weight estimate.

Yay! Though it would be hilarious if you had a real date at almost 40 weeks, lol.

I think we need to start a betting pool on if you go into labor before induction, and if so when you do.

I saw the title and the first thing I thought was "I hope she doesn't go into labor during her date, that would be awkward".

 I hope you go before then! Don't get scared if they guess the weight is really high, they thought DD was going to be 10lbs 15oz but she was only 9lbs 1oz with a really big belly.

How exciting!

I had 0 contractions until 1am the morning of my induction!

Dd has been stubborn from the get go. lol.

ditto the weight thing...they are often so very wrong.  The day I had DD they said she weight 6 lbs 6 oz...I delivered an 8 lb 4.5 oz girl just hours later...hmmm.

And heck yeah to the betting pool!  I am going with Sunday night!

I asked the dr about this and he just told me that there is no way of knowing since every woman is different but he seemed like he didn't think I'll need one.
