DS is waking up a lot at night, and his daytime naps (he's still taking 2, but that might need to change) are kind of all over the place right now. I'd like to find a schedule that is going to work for us, and hopefully eliminate the night wakings.
What is your 13 month old's schedule?
Re: What is your 13 month old's sleep schedule?
6:30-7am wake up
10:30-noon nap
Sometimes she may take an afternoon nap around 3 for an hour
6:15-6:30pm bedtime
*Some days her naps are all over the place too, she's never been a consistent napper, sometimes she only takes a 45 min nap in the morning and a longer one in the afternoon.
Wake up between 6-630am and first nap around 9am. 2nd nap is around 3 hours after she wakes up from the first one, between 1-2pm give or take. If the 2nd nap is really short we may try to put her down for a quick one in the late afternoon.
Bedtime usually around 630-7pm.
DS is 16 months now but at 13 months
6:30 - 7am: Wake Up
9:30 - 11ish - nap
2:30 - 4pm - nap
7pm - start bath and bedtime routine
7:30ish - bedtime
7:30-8:00 Wake up
10:30 or 11am Nap #1 (usually about 1 1/2 hrs)
3:30 or 4:00pm Nap #2 (about 1 hour)
9:00 Bedtime
DS's schedule honestly depends on what time he wakes up in the morning. If he's up before 7, he needs 2 naps to make it through the day (usually at 9 and 3 for about an hour each). If he's up after 7 he does 1 mid-day nap from about 12-2:30. For the past week he's been up at 5-5:30 so that pushes the morning nap up a bit. He's pretty good about naps though and if he needs to make due with 1/day b/c of plans he can. He goes down for the night at 7.
I know some people are very strict about getting LO on a schedule but we've found that letting him make his own schedule works best for us. He's getting enough sleep and is happy when he's awake.
Natalie's schedule:
7:30-8:00am: wakes up
9:30 or 10ish: morning nap
3ish: afternoon nap
7:30-8:30pm: bed
Wake: 7-7:30
Down for nap around 12:30/1:00 for about 2-3 hours
Bedtime: Anywhere from 7-8 depending on how he napped that day.
