Second U/S Yesterday (little long)

DH and I had our second ultrasound yesterday. So far everything is looking good with our two and we'll be able to find out gender at our next appt. in six weeks.

DH and I keep joking that the twins are already so much like us. For example, Baby A was sitting really still (sleeping is what I'm telling people) just like I usually am while Baby B was bouncing around like a spaz and bothering Baby A, just like my husband does to me.    : )

We also went ahead and had the NT scan yesterday. I'm not sure what I'm going to think when the results come back because our doctor said that this test is less reliable with mulitple pregnancies because of increased hormone levels. I'm not stressing about it though because at this point there is nothing I can do.

On an unrelated note, we're off to the Florida Keys tomorrow! I'm excited to get away for a few days. Even though the weather has been better here (40s and some sun) I think high 70s sounds much, much better.

the Keys?  I wish I was going there.....  sun, warmth.....  that will be nice.

Our A and B are the same way.....  A is mellow and B is bouncing off of the 'sac' walls.   I tell my husband he is "toast", because he pops up like toast everyday.....at 6.......even on Sundays.

Yeah, we're pretty excited to get away. Originally this trip was planned for New Orleans and Mobile before I found out I was pregnant, but we changed it to something a little more relaxing. I don't think Bourbon Street would be the same if I can't drink.   : )

 Toast, I like that! I've been waking up really early, too. I even went through a stage where I would get up at 4, get ready for work and then lay back down before I had to go in. I'm able to sleep a little later now, but not much.

Haha!  That is so cute. We had our second U/S yesterday also and we had the same thing happen.  Baby A was moving its hands and feet (Spaz like my husband) and Baby B, who is on the bottom was all still.  The Dr. said that Baby A is very photogentic and keeps doing things when the scan is close.  I am having my NT scan next week.

 They were both measured to be about 2inches  (the size of a plum). 

 When are you due?  Have fun in the Keys.

Our babies were the same but backwards. baby A was all over the place and baby B was super chill and mellow. i think A takes after momma and B takes after daddy.

enjoy your vacay, i wish we had gotten out of MD a month ago when the weather was so bad but it's been really nice lately and i just can't wait for SPRING!!
