Pregnant after a Loss

I am about to lay the smack down on BRU

So, long story short, I ordered a stroller system off my sister's registry at BRU 2/19. I got the shipping confirmation 2/22. I still didn't have the package as of last week. Long story short I called for the first time last wed and there was a shipping mixup and they would contact me in 2-3 days with an update/solution. 

Saturday I had not heard from them and contacted them again. I was not happy at all. The guy I talked to seemed like he just did not give a crap, telling me things I already knew in the first place. He did not help coming up with a solution so I asked to talk to someone else. The next guy I talked to said that they would re-send out the stroller system and they would overnight it. There is a chance I could still recieve the original package.

Well...so far I have recieved an email informing me of the second order...but no shipping confirmation as of yet. My sister's shower is Saturday and I am getting nervous! I know she won't care... But I shouldn't have to wait so damn long to get my order!! Angry

  • Yeah, BRU is a piece of work.  Worst comes to worst, just include a picture of the stroller in your card, that's what an Aunt did for an item that she had shipped to us.

    I just received a pkg. that was ordered 2/20/10.

  • Wow - that sucks.  BRU keeps messing up!  My sister is mad at them, and just returned $400 dollars worth of items she bought from them.  And they acted like they just didn't care if she was a happy customer or not.

    On the plus side, you're about to be a silver poster :)

    They don't care because there are plenty of people who will register with them tomorrow, and the next day, next year, etc.

    If someone told me how crappy their registry was before hand I would never have registered with them.  I received triplicates at a shower because it takes 48 hours for their website to update when something is bought off your registry.  How embarrassing was that for the gift-givers, and me!

  • Ekk!! I"m sorry about their customer service! I didnt register with BRU due to this, and plus I find that their items are more expensive than other places! And I didnt want people spending more money than they needed to. Hopefully everything gets situated before your sisters shower!
