Just talked to the Learning Exp. people... it sounds like the place is at least a year out. They are looking at 3 locations and the one they are leaning to is by Rainbow (I am thinking the vacant lot across from Home Depot). They said it wad corp. policy not to disclose rates over the phone but that they looked at comps in the area and undercut them. I guess we will just have to keep our eyes open for them. FWIW- the location would be super for me! :-)
