Need to interview pediatricians?

We are looking into pediatricians and have a few recommendations (Drexel Hill Pedatric, Kids First in Haverford, and Advocare in Narberth).  I've seen some reviews online, and we're trying to decide if we really need to set up appointments to meet with them.  Did you, or did you just go with one that seemed convenient and in line with what you were looking for?  We're at 35 weeks, so we're kind of running out of time.

Thanks in advance!

  • We didn't meet with ours ahead of time.

  • Some offices hold a little open house type event monthly for parents to be. We attended 2 and it was helpful to see what was what. I wouldn't say it's a MUST but if you can do it with the time you have left I would take advantage of it.

  • We go to Drexil Hill Ped... they have 5 or 6 doctors at the practice so I'm sure you can find one you like.

We did not interview anyone.  We went to DHPA on word of mouth.

Plus make sure you go where your insurance is accepted.
