So I have returned from my 2nd US this cycle & it is not great news. I had an US this past Thursday which was CD 13 & it showed that not much was going on with my ovaries. There were several follicles but they were small. So the nurses thought was either I already ovulated or I am going to ovulate late.
She brings me back this morning for another US which is CD 16. Showed more of the same...plenty of follicles but are measuring 10mm. So she is guessing that the Clomid wasn't effective this cycle & I probably am not going to ovulate. So IUI #2 is a "no-go". She is going to have my RE call me tomorrow with his thought as to what should be our next step.
I am going to talk with the hubby this week but I think we should just move on to IVF. I will be 38 yo in a few months & I don't know that I want to keep messing around with one IUI after another for too much longer.
IF is so f'n frustrating.....
Re: IUI #2 a "no-go"...
Sorry to hear that.
I didn't respond to Clomid either and had my first cycle canceled. I moved on to injectibles and responded much better.
Keep up the hope! I hope things work out!

I'm sorry.
FWIW I didn't respond to Clomid at all, but I've had a good response with injectables so far.
I'm sorry your cycle didn't go as planned. Like the other ladies, I had virtually no response to Clomid (when I did O, it was late in the cycle). I'm doing much better with Follistim.
All the best with whatever you decide!
