Try a different kind. Some might make you feel sick, others may not.
I used to use one kind (so long ago I don't even remember the name of it), and it made me feel sick so I switched to Centrum Materna and I have no problems with it. I've been using that kind since.
I've tried several different kinds over the years and most of them made me nauseous so I would just take them at night before I went to bed and that worked fine. For the last few months I've been taking Pregnancy Plus PNV in the morning since that is the brand my doctor recommended, and they don't make me nauseous at all.

This. Sometimes taking them in the morning will make you nauseous. Make sure you're taking them on a full stomach too, that should help. I take the Target brand and they're fine for me. They dont make me feel sick, even in the morning. They're only about $4 too!

Oh good heavens! Totally unnecessary unless you particularly like that kind. Also, sometimes prescription coverage will make the fancy ones much cheaper.
Try either taking them with a meal, or right before bed. My RE put me on a prescription brand and it's two pills, I have to take on in the morning on an empty stomach and the other right after dinner. I never had a problem with my old OTC ones, or the new ones.
