Can I make a grilled cheese the night before and it still feel and taste as good the next day for lunch? What can I store it in? How to heat up? In Microwave? TIA
Toast the bread, then but in the cheese veggies, etc. and melt it in the oven or microwave. Oven tastes better but microwave is okay. (At least, according to DD... )
Re: Grilled cheese: can I make night before? How to store?
I don't think there's a way to store it where it won't end up soggy.
All toasted and grilled breads go soggy or chewy shortly after they're cooked.
You could always microwave cheese between tortillas for a quickie-style quesadilla.
ETA: That way you wouldn't have to make it ahead of time.
