Eyes twitching

Just thought I would post while waiting for the peds doctor to call me back. My daughters eyes have been twitching or fluttering very fast and looks like her eyes are rolling it only last a couple of seconds and when I pass my hand over her eyes to try in an attempt to stop it does stop and she is totally fine. 

She did it twice last night and once this morning, I am starting to become very worried. Is this normal or is it a seizure?

    I've never seen that, but good luck, and please let us know what you find out.
    Wife, Musician, Fed, WW-er, and Mom of three little kids - not necessarily in that order.

    Doctor at CMA said to try and video tape it and bring it in. She said not to worry and the emergency room was not necessary. Right now just in the observation phase. But good news is baby girl is has not had a eye flutter since yesterday.
