Time to admit I need help

I've been checking out this board for awhile now, and the posts from some people are really hitting home. I tried to convince myself that I didn't have ppd and that it was just a bad day, it's been almost 9 months since my son was born and it seems like one really long not so great day.

 I have made a call and will be talking to a therapist on Monday to evaluate my situation. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who posts on here, it was comforting to see I wasn't alone.
