What stores sell safety scissors?

I'm looking for those plastic safety scissors which don't cut hair or skin (not the metal blunt tip kind).  I called my local Micheals & after a 15 minute call, talking to 3 different people, they don't have them.  Does Target generally sell them?  What other stores might carry them?

I found them online, but they are backordered or cost 3x the price to ship them.

I'd google it and see which store's websites sell them, the regular stores should, too.

Craft stores sell them too (ie Michaels, AC Moore, etc)

Not sure if this is the store you were looking at, but they're available online and in stores if there's one near you

I couldn't find them at Target. My aunt found some at the $1 store for me.
