I got an award at work today!

Our university takes nominations each month for a "Soaring Eagle" award for faculty/staff that go beyond what is expected of them...

And I got it this month!!!

They just told me, and I'm so excited.  It really took me awhile to get back into the swing of things at work after Sophia passed away (and it was my first day back at work, so I'd already been off for 4 months).

I'm so happy they're noticing my hard work to get back in the game!
