These guys aer awesome! I've been watching this for the last 8 weeks and followed their journey and last night was the finale.

Its an Irish program called Operation Transformation and it follows 4 women and 1 man. You can check out the website here: https://www.rte.ie/ot/

Each episode is about 45 mins long. But if you watch yesterdays show it goes through all the episodes. I guess its like the Biggest Loser only I've never seen it..but it sounds like it.
