could this be? LO has been  a bit crabbier than normal, gumming on his Sophie non-stop and we can see white spots on his bottom gums. Do preemies usually start teething based on adjusted age? If so this is VERYearly...

Actually, did you know it's normal for babies to be born with teeth? Rare, but still normal. I've only seen one newborn with teeth in my life so far, just looked wrong. So I'd say, yes, it's possible that he's teething already, regardless of being preemie or term.

our lo started with somehwere between her actual and adjusted... i think it's perfectly ok. (if not expected just yet.)

I think Simon's first tooth popped through around 4-5 months actual, 2-3 months adjusted.  We have early teeth on both sides and at 14 months, he 10 teeth all the way in and 2 molars coming through.
