N.S. Plainview Hospital?

Has anyone delivered at Plainview Hospital?  I had my son at LIJ in New Hyde Park but I'm thinking of switching MD's due to location.

I'd love any opinions I could get.  Thanks!!

Hello, Im a mommy of a 2.5 yr old and expecting another little one in sept I had my son in plainview and will be having 2nd baby there as well.  I loved them.  All the nurses were great.  I had some complications with my pregnancy and the support there was amazing!!!  I definatley recommend.  I also had sooo many visitors and they never gave me a hard time about the # of people that came up,  they just had to keep it down.  I was lucky enough to be given my own room as I requested which was a super plus!  also a good plus they have free vallet parking for all visitors!! ( my guests loved that lol )GOOD LUCK!! (hope this helped)

Thank you so much, this helped a ton!  Did you have to pay for the private room?  Or did you just get lucky?  That must have been great.  I really would like the private room this time around since my 2.5 year old will be at the hospital during the day.

I didnt have to pay I just happened to luck out! im hoping i luck out this time @ as well bc my son will be 3 yrs old then and def has ants in his pants
