feeling guilty

So my LO is almost 3 months old, and I do try to spend time with him but I feel like I spend more time doing house chores or email stuff (which on these times I either have the LO in the baby carrier or I put on "Yo Gaba Gaba"). I just feel guilty, I feel like I'm not spending enough time with him.

((hugs)) I feel this way a lot.  Plus, I work full time, so when we are both home and I'm doing housework, I feel very guilty.     You need to do what you need to do.    At that age, maybe you can try incorporating him in some of the chores.  He can be in the room with you while you fold laundry and you can talk to him about what you are folding.  Read him emails out loud.  You don't have to constantly engage him or play with him.  Just talking to him is bonding.   Hang in there.
