Boob question

My left breast has a throbby/stinging pain in it. Not hot to the touch and I just pumped to make sure I wasn't really engorged. Any suggestions?

    If its in one spot, and not all over, my guess is a clogged duct. I had one, but never got a fever and it wasn't hot to the touch.

     Try a heating pad for 10 minutes and massaging the spot for 10 minutes a couple of times. And also try heating before feeding lo. Offer that side first and maybe change the position lo nurses in.
