St. Johns Hospital & Health Center

So, my OB is apparently affiliated with this particular hospital.

Does anyone on these boards know anything about St. Johns or have they heard anything about it? 

I got a hearty recommendation for an OB at Cedars Sinai (which I've heard is phenomenal), but I really do like my OB/Gyn.  I just don't know anything about the hospital.  Any info would be much appreciated.

    Thank you so much!  Your response is so much appreciated, and, as you can imagine, your post did much to relieve anxiety about this hospital.  AND I've scheduled a tour for when I'm in my 20th week.  Thanks again!

    I delivered at St. John's in November 15, 2009. Had a GREAT experience. Loved the fact that it is small and private. The nurses were great and just the whole experience was amazing. Would definitely recommend this hospital to anyone. I am hoping to deliver there again sometime in the future. I have one bit of advise. If you are planning on getting an epidural, ask if the on-call anesthesiologist is covered by your insurance. Wish you the best of luck! :)
