I actually agree with you - as I was typing it out - I was like yikes, that looks just wrong - but I was trying to think of all possible spellings.

I'd say keep it traditional with Leah.  Leigha would be my number 2 choice.

LOL, Okay, I understand.  I tried to do the same thing with variations of "Lily" the other day.  I think that if it was spelled this way, maybe e before i - Leigha.  (That still doesn't mean I like that spelling, just a shot at a 'better' version).  :-)

I voted Leah by the way.  Such a pretty name.

Not a fan of Lia and whatever that last monstrous option is. Lea, like a PP said, looks like it should be pronounced like Lee to me. Leah, IMO, is the only way to spell it that makes any sense.
