I posted on a FB board that I needed something.

2 days later I receive a  "i have it paypal gift please for $$"

look at the paypal account and it is unverified.

fishy? Should I ask anymore questions?

Don't know if anything goes wrong if I am going to have to wait 90 to dispute???

this may sound super fishy but if I buy/sale/trade regularly the only thing that is red flagging me is the "unverfied", the gift thing isn't bothering me because it doesn't charge the seller fees.

The persons Pay Pal account, if new, should only take a few days at most to be verified. I would wait until it becomes verified.
