Anyone have a retractable awning?

We are members of BJ's wholesale club, and saw them advertised online. It would be perfect over our patio outback. I wanted to see if anyone had any experience with them? Also, did you install it yourself? Any company reccs outside of BJ's?

    I don't know anything about them but want one for the backside of the house for the summertime.  When we get one, my husband plans to install it himself.  I think it will keep that side of the house cooler in the summer.

    My parents have one.  I know they didnt get it at BJs but dont know where they got it....they had it professionally installed since they are elderly.  It makes a HUGE difference on the back deck.

    We have a sunsetter.  I love it.  I have a remote control that open and closes it.  The only thing is my patio is pretty big and we bought the largest sunsetter that they made and I wish it were bigger so that it would cover my whole deck.  And yes my father-in-law and my dad put it up, it took them about 3 hours.  I would def. recommend getting one. And there customer service is great!!
