Fever and no other symptoms?

My 3 1/2 year old has a fever on and off since Sat morning. Took him to the pedi and she said it was a virius. The fever got as high as 102. He has no other symptoms. Anyone have a DC with just a fever? TIA!

Ds has had that numerous times. His fever can get up to 105 and has stayed there for as long as 8 days. Dh and I just call it "The Fever Virus" because he's had it so many times. It sucks and they feel horrible, but they get over it and will be bouncing off the walls in no time.

DS has had this a couple of times.  I hope he feels better!

Yep. We've had that a few times. It sucks, but there's not a whole lot to do for it, just make sure to push fluids and you can alternate motrin and tylenol to help. GL!

Yep, both of my kids have had that.  Not much you can do for it besides make sure they stay hydrated.
