My period has gotten lighter the past few cycles. Today is the second day I have needed a liner, but am only spotting. Definitely need the liner, but there's not always something on TP.

Should I consider this CD1? Or just wait a bit longer...?

It has been VERY Cold here in South Florida.  Do you think this could be screwing up my temps.

I have a newbie charting ?

I admit I haven't done the tutorials on FF, I just jumped right in so this is totally my fault I don't know this, but what is the difference between the solid circles and the open circles on my chart? The only thing I can think of is that I work shifts and so my temp is never recorded at the same time each day. But it is always after 3 hours of sleep regardless of the time of day.

How long post BC are you? Cycles can be so wonky after BC! I would start around cd12 and take it from there- hopefully you have enough to last. I say 12 because you dont know if you are a late Oer or if last cycle was just a late O, know what I mean?

Two options:  buy internet cheapies and start testing around the time you got your first positives last cycle until O is confirmed.

OR

Skip OPKs and just be a sexaholic.  I tend to opt for the sexaholic option, but I know it can get old for some people. 

Thanks POF... I would prefer to opt for sexaholic, but as you can see from last cycle's chart, DH doesn't exactly have the best work schedule.

I guess I will be stocking up on more internet cheapies!

I love your siggy picture with the pumpkin! Also, when I looked at your chart I thought it was weird that you had 5 days with the exact same temp. It makes me think something might be wrong with your BBT.

The open circles indicate that you took your temp at a different time. Take the tutorials, it'll only take you about 45 mintues to go thru them all.

I stopped BC in October. I am pretty sure that I am a late Oer judging by my long cycles. 

I think I'm gonna have to stock up on some internet cheapies like POF suggested.

Thank you! I am obsessed with Halloween just a tad. I thought it was weird too with my temps but I checked it again after going to the bathroom and it went up. If it happens again next cycle, I am going to get a new one.

Big changes in weather can screw your temps, but if it's been cold throughout then you can't use that as a factor.  Last summer we had a heat wave for the 19 days leading up to my IUI, and then returned to cold temperatures the day after.  I had no temp shift, but I had blood work and ultrasound to back up my ovulation date.

But only if it suddenly got cold on the day after you ovulated would this wreck your chart.

And keep the faith!  Lemon ovulated on CD60 - 9 months later the cutest little boy named Miles evah was born.  You might not ovulate, but there's a good chance you're just a little delayed.

Also- did you previously have the fan on and now you dont- or have a heavier blanket on the bed? Things like this can also affect your temps.

Nothing comes to mind that would offer any explanations.  I guess I just have to be a good girl - keep temping and be patient.  It's just sometimes the little kid in me comes out and I get impatient. 

I happen to have my annual appt. with my Gyno later this month, so I guess if things are still wonky I can discuss with her.  Hopefully she will be educated on the topic (although I know a lot of gynos aren't).
